Office – the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands

The office is responsible for the day-to-day business of the Swedish Chamber and lead by General Manager Kerstin Gerlagh.

The office is in charge of business services, events, marketing, as well as the recruitment and retention of the membership. The Chamber’s Members are its priority and we make a conscious effort to provide a networking platform for the Swedish-Dutch related business.

Kerstin Gerlagh, General Manager responsible for policy and operation as well as running of the organisation. For the spring 2018 The Swedish Chamber is hosting three internships for Swedish students.

Melina Bendelin

Event Management and Young Professionals Trainee
Swedish Chamber of Commerce

Melina Bendelin, recently obtained her bachelor degree in business and economics at Uppsala University. This spring she will act as the Event Management and YP Young Professionals trainee at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Melina is excited about developing her event management skills and learning more about Swedish-Dutch relations.

Gabrielle Carlson

Communication Management and Young Professionals Trainee

Gabrielle Carlson, recently obtained her bachelor degree in media and communication studies at Lund University. This spring she will act as the Communication Management and YP Young Professionals trainee at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Gabrielle is interested in digital marketing strategy, and is enthusiastic about developing social media strategies and making sure that the Swedish Chamber’s communication channels stay updated.

Dennis Fageräng

This spring the interns will also be joined by Dennis Fageräng, recently graduated from The King’s School Chester in England. Dennis looks forward to working on the project to update the memberlist and to assist communications during his time in Amsterdam.
