The Board of Directors consists of representatives from the member companies within the Chamber and are elected at the Annual General Meeting. Board members are appointed for a period of four years and can be reappointed for a second and final term of four years. The governing board elects from its midst a chairman, a vice-chairman and a treasurer. The Board appoints the Managing Director, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations and ensures continuous updates on issues of importance to the Chamber. Five committees have been established to support its work; the Executive, Finance, Nomination, Member and Tech Committees respectively. You can read more about our governance in the Articles of Association.

Words of the Chairperson
“As we look back on 2024, it has been a record-breaking year for the Chamber. Most of our events were fully booked, including our signature event on December 6—the Sustainability & Innovation Summit, “AI Driving the Sustainable Transformation.”
It is clear that our strategic focus on sustainability and diversity, supported by innovation, technology, branding, and marketing, is the way forward. These themes continue to strengthen the ties between Sweden and the Netherlands. In times of global challenges and an urgent need to reduce CO₂ emissions, collaboration is more crucial than ever. Together, we play a vital role in maintaining open communication and working towards sustainable solutions for the future.” …
