Nordic Young Professionals Event – Thank You!
We look back on a highly engaging Nordic Young Professionals evening at Startdock, where professionals from across the Nordic Chambers came together to explore “Building Your Career in a Nordic–Dutch Business Environment.”
The evening offered valuable perspectives on career growth, leadership, and navigating the intersection of Nordic and Dutch business cultures. A special thank you to our speakers: Lykke Winther-Bay, Marc Schonagen, and Kunwar Singh for sharing their insights and experiences in such an open and engaging way.
The event brought together a diverse group of Young Professionals, creating a fantastic atmosphere for meaningful conversations, new connections, and cross-border exchange.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Stena Line for sponsoring the evening’s raffle, adding an extra highlight to an already inspiring event.

After studying Organizational Science followed by a 2 year Master program in Public Administration, Niels worked for 10 years in Recruitment and Assessment.
He always combined his work with coaching in elite sport among others he has coached the Belgian Women National Field hockey Team for many years.
The blend of working in business and elite sport gives great cross-cultural insights when it comes to personal leadership development, team dynamics, working under internal and external pressure and positioning as an individual, team or company.
