Welcome to the second session of the Swedish Chamber Mentorship Program on April 24, 2025. The theme of this session is Sustainable Leadership, with the speaker Gabriele Hamm Adler. This dynamic session will not just be a talk—it will be an interactive experience, inviting the audience to participate actively in thought-provoking discussions and practical exercises. About the Swedish Chamber Mentorship Programme
The Mentorship Program was launched in October 2012. Since then, more than 100 Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber have followed the program and benefited from their future personal and professional growth. The many Mentors have benefited from meeting the new generation leaders of the future and learning more about their insights and values. The Mentorship Program is made possible by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with AIMS International Netherlands B.V., a member of AIMS International. Read more here

Gabriele Hamm Adler | Leadership & Growth Consultant

With over 30 years of experience in leadership and people development, Gabriele Hamm Adler is dedicated to fostering individual and organizational growth. As the owner of GHA Development and Co-founder of Bright Competence Network, she helps businesses and leaders navigate a sustainable transformation with a focus on organizational culture and competence. Her career includes nearly three decades at IKEA, where she held key roles in Global HR and Competence Development across multiple countries. She has also contributed to academia as a senior lecturer in personal leadership development at Rotterdam Business School’s Master’s Program in Supply Chain Management. A certified systemic and change management coach, Gabriele combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of human dynamics. She specializes in leadership development, organizational culture, and change management, helping leaders align their values with personal as well as business success. Through her work, she creates environments where people thrive and act by fostering meaningful and sustainable impact.
