Sophie Punte, Founder Life-Links & Smart Freight Centre

Sophie Punte is a net to address common sustainability challenges. She is CEO of a new mission-driven organization called Life-Links, co-founded in 2024 with Kuehne Climate Center, to build resilient supply chains with a focus on freight and logistics. As founder of Smart Freight Centre with a mission to decarbonize the global freight sector, she played a lead role in the development of the GLEC Framework as the global methodology for emissions accounting and reporting across the multimodal logistics supply chain. She currently holds supervisory board positions with Smart Freight Centre, and with Milence, the truck charging infrastructure company, and sits on DHL’s Sustainability Advisory Council. Previously, Sophie led We Mean Business Coalition’s global policy engagement strategy, was board member of ALICE in Europe, and author of its Roadmap towards Zero Emissions Logistics 2050. She also headed Clean Air Asia to reduce urban air pollution from transport and other sources, and worked with the United Nations, New Zealand’s environment ministry, and KPMG, in both developed and developing countries.

Pim Roest, Partner and Co-owner at AllChiefs

Pim co-leads the Sustainable Logistics Practice and serves as the Energy Markets lead at AllChiefs, a consultancy firm focused on sustainable transformations. He brings over 30 years of experience as an international business consultant, advising and supporting global organisations in defining and delivering Sustainable Transformation, Innovation, and Growth. Pim has held regional and global leadership roles in leading consulting firms, including in the energy sector and energy transition. He has worked and lived in many countries worldwide, including Sweden. He also worked in a global technology and consulting firm, collaborating with top AI, Data, and Digital Technology talent to deliver valuable solutions to key business challenges. Pim studied Strategy and Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands, and International Business at the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan) in Sweden. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurial leaders solve complex challenges to successfully achieve sustainable transformation

Marjolein Klunne, SCM Sustainability Manager at ABB

Marjolein Klunne holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology. With over two decades of experience in Supply Chain Management and Transport & Logistics, she has built a distinguished career marked by progressive leadership roles across multiple industries, including aviation, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech. Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, China, and the Netherlands, Marjolein brings a truly global perspective to her work. She currently leads supply chain sustainability at ABB, where she heads a team responsible for developing and implementing global SCM sustainability programs across all divisions.

Laura Realpe, Senior Transport Manager DSM Firmenich

Laura Realpe studied as Industrial engineer, with focus on Logistics, at the Universidad ICESI. After this she had a career of 15 years with Unilever and held various international logistics and sustainability roles. She was for example responsible for the sustainability agenda, creating strategies to reduce environmental impact, optimize supply chains, and drive decarbonization, waste reduction, and social responsibility across 60+ geographies. A supply chain professional with a strong track record in global logistics and sustainability. Skilled in procurement, strategic planning, and optimizing supply chain efficiency to reduce costs and drive decarbonization. Strong communication and analytical abilities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing frameworks that align operational objectives with strategic goals. Earlier this year she joined DSM-Firmenich in The Netherlands as Senior Transport Manager.
