Petra Zachrisson Beets appointed as the new CEO of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands
We are honoured to welcome Petra Zachrisson Beets as the new CEO of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands, effective 1 September 2025.
Boasting 30 years of experience in communication and PR, Petra Zachrisson Beets now steps into the role of CEO of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands. A native Swede, Petra has lived and worked in the Netherlands since 1999, when she joined the Marketing Department of IKEA Netherlands. From 2013, she went on to run her own company in PR and digital marketing, before spending the past five years as Communication, Culture and Sweden Promotion Officer at the Embassy of Sweden in The Hague. In this role, she has worked closely with the Swedish Chamber, co-organising several events and projects, including the Business Climate Survey. With her in-depth knowledge of both the Swedish and Dutch markets, she is well-positioned to ensure a smooth transition and deliver great value to the Swedish Chamber members.
