Swe-Cham Welcomes New Members to the Tech & Innovation Committee

Back to overview

As a result of the 2024 Member Survey, we are pleased to welcome new members to our committees. We are excited to see such strong engagement from our network and appreciate those who expressed interest in contributing to the work of our committees.

The Innovation & Tech Committee drives the Swedish Chamber’s tech agenda by providing insights into emerging technologies, advancing initiatives, and introducing new innovations. Through roundtables and targeted programs, it connects startups, scaleups, investors, and multinationals to accelerate tech progress.

Jan B. Sundelin, Chairperson of the Committee, welcomes the new members:

“I am excited to welcome Kerstin Brodin, Innovation Manager at nlmtd, and Alexander Ljungström, Managing Director at Einar & Partners and Chairperson of the Young Professionals, to the Tech & Innovation Committee. Kerstin’s expertise in large-scale innovation programs and Alexander’s leadership in AI-driven IT operations will bring valuable perspectives to our work in 2025.

Notably, Alexander also serves as Chairperson of the Young Professionals, strengthening the bridge between emerging talent and industry leaders in our committee. With their contributions, I look forward to dynamic discussions and impactful initiatives that support Swedish-Dutch businesses at the forefront of technological innovation.”

Meet the New Members

Kerstin Brodin

Innovation Manager, nlmtd

“Kerstin has orchestrated large innovation programs across sectors like infrastructure, mobility and automotive in the UK, Scandinavia, and the Netherlands. She currently serves as Innovation Manager at nlmtd.

I am excited to be on the Innovation & Tech Committee! While I find technology itself interesting, I care most about its impact on humans, humanity, and the planet. I hope to spark a conversation about the unintended consequences of technology. Highlighting challenges like a lack of diversity in development, environmental impact, the risks with tech monopolies, or how technology barriers exclude certain groups in society. Just to name a few! I’ve seen the Swedish Chamber of Commerce approach complex questions with insight and integrity, so I’m excited about contributing to the conversation.”
