Presentation of The Swedish Chamber Member Survey, 2024
In November last year, we conducted our Member Survey to better understand which services, activities, and key values offered by the Chamber matter most to our members, as well as how they wish to engage more with the Chamber’s activities. The survey, which engaged Patron, Corporate, Private, and Young Professionals, saw a remarkable 94.6% increase in responses, with an impressive 216% rise in participation from Young Professionals compared to the previous year. These results not only highlight the strong engagement within our community but also provide clear direction for future improvements and initiatives. “We are very pleased to see that our services reflect our member's needs and that our community continues to thrive and engage,” says Kerstin Gerlagh, CEO of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands. We are grateful to all our members who dedicated their time to share insights in our Member Survey. We have started to connect with those who have expressed interest in engaging more with our vibrant community, such as Committee membership, being featured in our communication channels, collaborating in partner events, and as a hosting company – among others.
