Mentorship Program 2026 – 2027

Mastering Leadership for the Future.

Welcome to the renewed Swedish Chamber and Young Professionals Mentorship Program 2026/2027! It offers a distinctive chance for both emerging professionals and senior business leaders to engage in an exclusive mentorship exchange. The Mentorship Program is designed to foster knowledge-sharing, skill development, and collaboration across generations and sectors. In 2026/2027, five group seminars and individual mentoring sessions are held.

While the Mentors and Mentees of this year are chosen, it will be possible to apply again for the 2027/2028 Mentorship Program from April 2027.

The program has been held for many years and is popular both among the Young Professionals and the Member Companies senior business leaders. The Mentors have a valuable opportunity to absorb the innovative thinking of future leaders, while mentees can progress in their career aspirations. It includes group workshops, high-level networking, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with accomplished senior industry professionals from the Swedish-Dutch business community.

Next to the individual Mentor/Mentee-sessions, five thematic group seminars are held. This allows for the Mentees and Mentors to share the experience of the ongoing one-on-one-sessions, and has proven to be a successful part of the program. Since all Young Professional Members of the Swedish Chamber are allowed to join these group seminars, the expert sessions are filled with vivid discussions adding one more layer to the learning.

Applications for 2027/2028 will open in April 2027.

The Mentorship Program is designed to foster knowledge-sharing, skill development, and collaboration across generations and sectors. It includes:

  • One digital startup session + Five engaging IRL group seminars led by the Program Coach Gabriele Hamm Adler, along with keynote speakers who are experts in their respective field.
  • High-level networking opportunities.
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions with your Mentor/Mentee.

About the Swedish Chamber Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program was launched in October 2012. Since then, more than 100 Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber have followed the program and benefited from their future personal and professional growth. The Mentors on their hand, testify how invigorating the meetings with the new generation leaders are and how the mutual learning also benefits them. The Mentorship Program is a collaboration between the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Gabriele Hamm Adler, a People & Business Developer and member of the Bright Competence Network.
