Mentorship Program 1

Theme for this evening: 

Introduction – Define your Goals by Wilma Buis, Mercuri Urval.

During the first meeting, the Kick Off, Mentor/Mentees met and participated in an interactive Mentor Program workshop. The program material was supplied including excercises and a mentorship agreement was signed. The Mentees recieved the book The Strength Finder with a personal code to conduct their own personal strength finder test, which will be used in the further meetings with their Mentor to better define goals and set up personal plans.

 

The Mentorship Program is moderated by Wilma Buis, Mercuri Urval.
