The Swedish Chamber and Young Professionals Mentorship Program 2025 offers a distinctive chance for both emerging professionals and senior business leaders to engage in an exclusive mentorship exchange. The program, spanning eight months, features five group seminars and individual mentoring sessions.

Mentors will have a valuable opportunity to absorb the innovative thinking of future leaders while mentees can progress in their career aspirations. The Swedish Chamber and Young Professionals Mentorship Program 2025 facilitates exchanges of knowledge, experience, and skills across generations and sectors. It includes group workshops, high-level networking, and one-on-one mentoring sessions with accomplished senior industry professionals from the Swedish-Dutch business community.

Program Highlights

  • Five joint group workshops and seminars led by the course director.
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions over eight months, held face-to-face, over Zoom, or by phone.
  • Open to members of the Swedish Chamber Young Professionals (mentee applicants with a couple of years into their career) and mentors with international business experience, expertise in their field, and ideally prior mentoring experience.
  • All Chamber members, including Young Professionals, benefit from an exclusive price.

Criteria for mentees

  • Member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
  • Ideally, 3-4 years of professional career experience.

Criteria for mentors

  • Member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Hold a senior role.

About the Swedish Chamber Mentorship Programme

The Mentorship Program was launched in October 2012. Since then, more than 100 Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber have followed the program and benefited from their future personal and professional growth. The many Mentors have benefited from meeting the new generation leaders of the future and learning more about their insights and values. The Mentorship Program is made possible by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with AIMS International Netherlands B.V., a member of AIMS International.
