Carola Hoekstra, CEO Strömma. With 20+ years of experience in general management, national and international operating companies with full P&L ownership I have been leading businesses in the hospitality sector. From implementing global strategies, leading transformations and optimizing business processes in the outgoing tourism industry I am now responsible for Stromma Netherlands with focus on our incoming guests to Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Since December 2019 I lead the Dutch entity of Stromma turism & sjofart ab with their headquarters in Stockholm. Thinking in commercial solutions, with my team builder approach while driving growth and my can-do mentality I am since my start focusing on our future strategy while beating the Covid-19 effects that hit our industry.
