On Wednesday, April 20, 2022, The Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber presented their third Webinar of the new YP Event series – YP Academy. A big thank you to Chris Dell, Senior Director-Content at Booking.com, for sharing his 7 must-haves for future leaders. With his broad experience, Chris held a very inspiring pep talk and shared helpful tools with the participants, that can be used in real-life situations. He talked about the importance of storytelling, building a trustful environment, commitment with boundaries, how humans and tech correspond, and much more. We would like to thank Chris very much for his time and for sharing his inspiring insights.
The YP Academy is a recurring event concept launched by the Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber giving the Young Professionals an opportunity to accelerate their skills within an area. When attending a YP Academy event, our aim is that the participants will walk away from the event with a new skill.
