Advice to My Dear Daughter is a small publishing house founded by Annika Berglund and Marianne Hamilton, both with long careers as SVPs and members of Atlas Copco’s executive management team.
With Marianne’s book Advice to My Dear Daughter as their tool they are striving to get more women to take charge of their careers and go for leading roles. The objective is a broad inclusive pipeline of future managers.
