In order to rank world-leading workplaces for female employees, Forbes Magazine and Statista have conducted a survey of 70,000 women across 37 countries. Participants were asked to evaluate their employers on workplace practices, gender-specific issues, and public image. Factors like gender pay equity, discrimination case management, growth opportunities, and the promotion of gender equality through marketing and nonprofit initiatives were considered. The Swedish Chamber were very proud to find several Swedish Chamber members at the top of the list, including SKF, IKEA, AstraZeneca and Electrolux.
