Suzan is driven to deliver on Sweco’s employer value proposition ‘Empowered people, transforming society together’. She’s focused on ensuring people can be at their best at Sweco and what is needed to stimulate and facilitate employees’ personal and professional development. Within Sweco she drives ethnic cultural diversity and is project leader for the partnership with the Refugee Talent Hub. Suzan has been professionally active in the HR domain for nearly 30 years. Mainly as an HR consultant in profit organisations, for 17 years within the engineering consultancy industry.
