This year, International Women’s Day (IWD) emphasises the importance of diversity and empowerment in all aspects of society and underscores the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality. In light of IWD, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce had the opportunity to join the French Chamber of Commerce for the Annual Women’s Luncheon on March 5. Together with more than 100 amazing attendees, we had the honour to listen to the inspiring and passionate story of H.R.H. Laurentien van Oranje and how she tirelessly contributes to the support of the Dutch Childcare allowance affair victims.
It was amazing to be surrounded and to meet so many incredible women supporting women. We thank Princess Laurentien for being such an inspiring example of female empowerment, and thank Sylvie Craenen and Noémie Abraini at the French Chamber of Commerce for organizing this event!
