Mastering Leadership for the Future – Kick-off
The Swedish Chamber of Commerce will officially kick-off the Mentorship Program 2025 on March 6, at their venue in Amsterdam. This first session will mark the beginning of an exciting and transformative mentorship journey, with a focus on leadership and professional growth.
The event will feature breakout sessions co-hosted by:
- Dmytro Shytikov, Product Manager at IKEA Digital Hub and former mentee, and
- Hendrik Jan Guitink, Managing Partner at AIMS International and expert in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting.
The evening will conclude with the Mentor-Mentee Reveal, where participants will meet their mentors or mentees and start their first one-on-one conversations.
This exclusive session is designed to set the tone for a year of growth, insights, and valuable connections for all participants in the Mentorship Program 2025.
