“As YP Chairperson I would like to foster an environment where young professionals can thrive, grow, and develop essential skills for their future careers. Through the Young Professional Committee, I hope to organize events, workshops, and mentorship programs that can aid in their professional and personal development. Moreover, by being actively involved, I’d hope to bridge any gaps between established professionals and those who are just starting out, creating a cohesive and progressive community,” says Joachim.
He continues, “Being part of the Young Professionals Committee provides an opportunity to network with like-minded individuals who are early in their careers. This is beneficial for knowledge exchange, mentorship, and collaborative efforts. The committee also offers a platform to influence and shape the future of the profession, ensuring that the voices and needs of young professionals are heard.”
