The Young Professionals Committee of the Swedish Chamber is very pleased to give a warm welcome to our new YP Liaison Swati Narwal. She will have a special role where she will develop the transition from Young Professional members into members of the Swedish Chamber.
Swati is an Organisational Development Specialist at Ingka Services BV. She believes that by having lived in Sweden for the last 8,5 years and now in the Netherlands, she has a lot to share and contribute to the YP team with the experiences and learnings as a young professional that she has gathered over the last 15 years of her working career.
“I would like to increase the outreach of the YP network to include more young professionals in this program via cross collaborations with other businesses and networks across the Netherlands and Sweden.”
