The Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Handelsbanken Netherlands are pleased to invite you to a Global Economic Outlook by Christina Nyman, Head of Economic Research and Chief Economist at Handelsbanken. The presentation will be held digitally on March 7, 2023, from 10.00 – 11.15 and is open for registration for Members of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Young Professionals.
At this digital meeting, Roland van Pooij will introduce Christina Nyman who will discuss take-aways from Handelsbanken’s latest Global Economic Forecast such as the effects of tighter monetary policy, the recession many countries face in 2023, which is expected to be followed by a global turnaround next year and a recovery in 2025, the forecast that central banks will keep policy rates higher than neutral up until 2025, and the shift to green energy that will be inflationary over the next decade.
