Meet Björn Atterstam, Mentor for the Swedish Chamber and Young Professionals Mentorship Program 2024! Björn Atterstam is an educator, facilitator, and leadership expert. His work explores the human condition in the modern world – how we live, lead, and develop in an increasingly complex, uncertain, and interconnected world. He partners with well-known organizations to help challenge their thinking, evolve their assumptions, and improve when and where it matters.
Björn has held senior leadership positions with international management consultancies and corporations. Over the last thirty years, he has advised or trained thousands of leaders worldwide. In his last corporate role in London, he was responsible for developing talent, leadership, and culture at Prudential Plc, a highly regarded financial services group. Björn is also a researcher and faculty member at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He is responsible for the Personal Leadership Development (PLD) course for full-time and executive MBA students. His research interests reside in the intersection of psychological functioning and organizational performance.
