Join the Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce on a SUNDAY FIKA.
It is the time of the year to celebrate every pastry-lovers favorite day – Fettisdagen – at Selma’s. This day we munch on a traditional “Semla” – one of the most popular buns in Sweden. A semla is a sweet bun containing a lot of whipped cream, almond paste, and sugar. It does sound quite interesting, right? Take the chance of eating a traditionally baked one baked from our own Swedish Café in Amsterdam.
