Meet Swati Narwal, Mentor for the Swedish Chamber and Young Professionals Mentorship Program 2024! Swati has accumulated over 15 years of experience in IT, banking, and retail across multiple organizations and countries, including India, Sweden, and the Netherlands. She takes pride in her ability to pivot her career six times, constantly challenging herself and acquiring new skills both personally and professionally.
For the past 10.5 years, Swati has been dedicated to IKEA, focusing on organizational design, effectiveness, and the development of work methodologies. Additionally, she serves as an internal trainer and facilitator for leadership development programs within IKEA.
As an ICF-certified executive coach, Swati specializes in guiding senior leaders and their teams towards clarity and confidence in decision-making. Her passion for public speaking has led her to speak in various global forums and events on various topics. Previously, Swati also served as the Chairperson of the Young Professional Committee for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands.
