Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Management Thierry Vanlancker

Thierry Vanlancker joined AkzoNobel - the leading paints and coatings company - in 2016, bringing with him more than 28 years of experience in the chemicals industry. AkzoNobel has a strong Dutch, English and Swedish heritage and operates in over 180 countries. Thierry has lived and worked in Switzerland, the USA, Germany, France and Belgium. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Gent and is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German.
