Background Sabina is a passionate innovation expert who thrives from connecting the dots between people, business and creativity. From various experiences over the years – in management consulting, branding & communications, product development, strategy and creative process – Sabina has developed a never-ending hunger for turning needs and opportunities into creative ideas and products. Before joining Innovation 360 group, Sabina was a senior innovation strategist at NINE, working closely with clients throughout the whole innovation process all the way from insight to launch, leading the strategic direction as well as the creative development in terms of ideation, concept crafting and design execution. Sabina has also worked in the global brand and innovation team for The Absolut Company, developing and launching new to the market products across several international markets for brands such as Absolut Vodka, Malibu and Kahlúa. Before specializing in innovation, she worked with business development and export consulting, and has spent large parts of her career working and studying in countries such as Australia, Spain, England and USA. Having worked across global markets with complex organizations, as well as serving as a consultant to large clients across various industries, Sabina has extensive experience from leading global projects has worked across all the stages of the innovation process. She is particularly experienced in ideation and the early stages of innovation, both by energizing the cross-functional teams she has worked with, as well as being a natural design strategist. Marcel Damen, 52 years old, Dutch Citizenship and living in the bourgondic city Oosterhout in the South of the Netherlands. Studied Business Informatics and working for Ericsson since 1988 in various international management positions. “I consider myself an entrepreneur in a corporate environment. Managers of large enterprises are often cost-obsessed rather than managing from a value-add perspective. Just a few Business-driven parameters for managers and their teams would force all of them to demonstrate their entrepreneurship, and with that, accelerate their performance. I am very inspired by the book the Alchemy of Growth, where the importance of a solid profitable business is explained before stepping into Innovation initiatives”. The last few years Marcel has worked on the establishment of an Internet of Things organisation in Ericsson. In his 20 minute key-note speech, Marcel will give his view on the added value of IoT for the various industries, and particularly the do’s and don’ts for companies that start working with IoT.

Henriette van Notten is Director of StartupDelta, a public-private initiative to strengthen and grow the startup eco-system of the Netherlands. Henriette is seconded to StartupDelta by the Dutch Ministeries of Foreign Affairs and Economic Affairs. Henriette joined the Netherlands diplomatic service in 1989 and has served in the Hague, Washington DC, London and as delegate of the Netherlands to the Disarmament Conference in Geneva and the First Committee of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. She was the Projectleader of the New York 400 celebrations in 2009. She is co-founder of TEDxBinnenhof and StartupFest Charitable board roles that Henriette van Notten holds are: Board Member of the Holland America Friendship Foundation, Member of the Advisory Board of the “Vereniging Rembrandt”, Board Member of the "Van den Berch van Heemstede Stichting", Henriette holds a BA from Georgetown University in Washington DC and a MA in History from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. Henriette lives in Amsterdam .

Mr Adam Larsson joined EQT in September 2007 as Financial Accountant. Prior to joining EQT, Adam worked as an Auditor for Ernst & Young AB, Sweden, focusing in Global Companies (2005-2007). Adam holds a M.Sc. in Accounting from Lunds University School of Economics and Management, Sweden with exchange studies in Finance at The University of Sydney, Australia.

Cor de Haan, who just got promoted as European Retail Director for Filippa K was as of recent the Business Area Manager for Filippa K in the Netherlands, which he did with great joy for over a year. His passion for Fashion started over twenty years ago when he walked into a store looking for a vacation job. When a returning customer asked to have service just by him at that moment the love for Retail started. Cor stayed with that first company, WE Fashion, for twelve years to learn as much as he could. Then he made the leap to switch companies to find out how it is to work for a shareholders company. The learning curve at Mexx was a very steep one, since the company got bankrupt after three years. Then the fashion adventure went on with one of the biggest fashion companies in the world, Tommy Hilfiger, where he became Retail Manager. In his own words: “That is where I found that the input is just as important as the output. Flooding the market with a brand does not make it great, it is the way a company does it that makes all the difference. That philosophy I have found in Filippa K where the message is just as important as the output. A balance between commerciality and creativity is where we can make the difference.”

Remy started his career at IKEA where he fulfilled many national and international positions within marketing and distribution. After founding his own company, he helps organizations, top athletes and artists with the execution of effective digital marketing activities. Remy is an advisor, speaker, trendwatcher and a content strategist. Remy often recognizes that a lot of entrepreneur’s struggle with the media development and the change of customer behaviors. He takes it upon himself to show these entrepreneurs that it’s not that difficult and that great results can be achieved quite easily. His company, Digital Captains is the guide in the digital era. Together with a team of digital marketing specialists he takes care of the output, analysis and optimizing of marketing campaigns. Digital Captains works for the Kamer van Koophandel, the Municipality of The Hague and Corendon among others.
