The winners of the Swedish Chamber Business Awards 2018
The Swedish Chamber is proud to announce the winners of the Swedish Chamber Business Awards 2018. The Achievement Award 2018 will go to Sweco and the Entrepreneurship Award 2018 will go to Oatly. Both Sweco and Oatly will be awarded during the award ceremony, that will take place during the Swedish Chamber of Commerce's annual Christmas Dinner & Dance on December 14, 2018. The jury for the Achievement Award 2018 consisted of: H.E. The Swedish Chamber is looking for one intern and one scholar for spring 2019!

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands provides a dynamic networking platform to promote commercial and industrial relations between Dutch and Swedish individuals and businesses. During the spring semester of 2019, we offer one internship and one scholarship to motivated and dedicated students who are at the end of their education.

  1. Praktikplats: Media och kommunikation Svenska Handelskammaren i Nederländerna söker en praktikant för vårterminen 2019, 14 januari – 19 juni 2019. Svenska Handelskammaren i Nederländerna tillhandahåller en dynamisk nätverksplattform för att främja samarbetet mellan svenskt och nederländskt näringsliv. VT 2019 erbjuder vi en praktikplats till en driven och motiverad student som befinner sig i slutet av sin utbildning. Praktikplatsen innefattar att: • Utveckla och implementera Handelskammarens strategi för kommunikation och sociala medier. • Marknadsföra Handelskammarens aktiviteter via hemsida och sociala medier. • Utforma Handelskammarens och Young Professionals nyhetsbrev, inbjudningar och informationsmaterial. • Underhålla digitalt medlemsregister samt andra administrativa uppgifter. Till denna praktikplats söker vi en marknadsföringsorienterad media- och kommunikationsstudent med intresse för grafisk design och erfarenhet av sociala medier, från svenskt universitet eller högskola. Allmänna villkor • Svensk medborgare. • Praktikanten ska vara inskriven som student vid svenskt universitet/högskola. • Om praktiken inte ingår som poänggivande kurs ska institutionen intyga att praktiken är relevant för den studerandes utbildningsinriktning. • Praktikanten ska vara försäkrad. • Ingen ersättning utgår för praktikperioden & praktikanten förväntas själv ordna boende. Stipendiat till Svenska Handelskammaren i Nederländerna 18 februari 2019 – 17 februari 2020 Stipendiefonden för Svensk Utlandsungdom lämnar ett stipendium till Svenska Handelskammaren i Nederländerna för att utbilda unga, kreativa affärsbegåvningar inom internationell handel och industri. Som stipendiat kommer du huvudsakligen arbeta inom följande områden: medlemskapsrekrytering, medlemskapsretention, kommunikation och event. Du kommer även delta i att driva kammarens underorganisation Young Professionals (YP). Detta genom att tillhandahålla kontaktskapande aktiviteter och seminarier. Inom ramarna för YP bedrivs både entreprenörskaps- och ledarskapsforum med syftet att utbilda unga framåtsträvande personer genom erfarenhetsutbyten och nätverkande. Svenska Handelskammaren i Nederländerna kommer från och med 1 januari 2019 flytta till nya lokaler i Epicenter Amsterdam. Epicenter är ett Digital House of Innovation som idag finns i Oslo, Stockholm och i Amsterdam. På Epicenter möts lokala och internationella företag samt entreprenörer för att samarbeta, utbyta erfarenheter, lära och utveckla sina företag. Stipendiaten kommer att arbeta med att utveckla samarbetet mellan Svenska Handelskammaren och Epicenter Amsterdam till nytta för kammarens medlemmar i alla avsikter inom de områden som angetts ovan. Den som söker skall: • Vara initiativrik och ha visat prov på entreprenörsanda. • Bör ha avslutat sin utbildning på högskola eller universitet, gärna med inriktning på ekonomi. • Besitta mycket goda kunskaper att formulera sig i tal och skrift i både engelska och svenska. Stipendiesumman uppgår till 190.000 kronor och tillträde sker i februari 2019 för tolv månaders tjänstgöring på Handelskammaren i Amsterdam. Entrepreneurship Award 2018 Nomination Criteria Nominated Companies Should:
  1. Have a Swedish mother company
  2. Meet high standards of Innovation and Sustainability in their operations
  3. Be able to show a successful development or establishment within entrepreneurship in the Netherlands during the past three years
  4. Have a solid financial base and positive performance on the Dutch market
  5. Not have been rewarded with the Swedish Chamber Export Prize in the NL

We are very proud to announce the launch of an exclusive website for the #NordicsTalks organization today! #NordicTalks is since 2013 an annual summit organized by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, the Finnish Dutch Chamber of Commerce, the Norwegian Dutch Chamber of Commerce and the Danish Dutch Business Club. The summits highlight a topic of common interest for the Nordic countries and give each Chamber's members the opportunity to meet with other Nordic business relations.
