Tuff Leadership training – Stop motivating your employees!
Join Swedish Chamber Member Tuff Leadership Trainings free, interactive webinar for leaders and people in HR/people/culture development to experience a taste of our Tuff training programmes. We need to shift. Away from traditional, hierarchical, top-down ways of working, and towards ways of working that are more adaptive, agile, and self-directed. But there is a crucial piece that most organisations are not aware of. Without this piece, any efforts to shift the culture, leadership, or ways of working will fail. This webinar is about that missing piece. Joining the session will give you a taster of our Tuff training in order to decide if one of our programmes is a good fit for you or your team/organisation. For more information, click .
