Young Professionals want to thank everyone who joined our Boules evening in Amsterdam last night! The event brought together entrepreneurs, young professionals, committee members, international trainees, students, newcomers to the Netherlands, and a few of the Mentees for this year’s Mentorship Program. Together we shared a fun evening of networking, meeting new people and fun games. We are very proud of Young Professionals being such an open, engaged and dynamic community!

After studying Organizational Science followed by a 2 year Master program in Public Administration, Niels worked for 10 years in Recruitment and Assessment.
He always combined his work with coaching in elite sport among others he has coached the Belgian Women National Field hockey Team for many years.
The blend of working in business and elite sport gives great cross-cultural insights when it comes to personal leadership development, team dynamics, working under internal and external pressure and positioning as an individual, team or company.
