“Mastering Leadership for the Future – Kick-off”
Welcome to the first session of the Swedish Chamber Mentorship Program on March 6, 2025. The event begins with an introduction by Mentorship Coach Hendrik Jan Guitink, leading the way with insightful guidelines. Participants will then be divided into breakout sessions to map out personal goals and expectations. The mentees breakout session will be guided by former mentee Dmytro Shytikov and the mentors breakout session will be guided by Hendrik Jan. The event’s highlight will be the exciting reveal of the Mentor-Mentee pairings, followed by dedicated time for the first one-on-one mentoring conversations to kickstart the mentoring journey.

Hendrik Jan is the Managing Partner at AIMS International Netherlands B.V. and a senior professional in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting. With extensive experience as both a mentor and business coach, Hendrik Jan aims to empower young professionals by providing guidance on career development and fostering meaningful connections outside their direct circles.
Dmytro is a Product Manager at IKEA Digital Hub in Amsterdam, where he leads digital product development of CRM marketing communications, serving millions of IKEA customers across 30 countries worldwide. His professional experience spans various product management and marketing roles within retail and e-commerce. Dmytro holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and studied Sustainable Management in Norway
About the Swedish Chamber Mentorship Programme
The Mentorship Program was launched in October 2012. Since then, more than 100 Young Professionals of the Swedish Chamber have followed the program and benefited from their future personal and professional growth. The many Mentors have benefited from meeting the new generation leaders of the future and learning more about their insights and values.
