Tech Talent- Meet our first speakers
The Swedish Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to this year's first Tech Table "A Changing Tech Landscape – New Strategies to Attract and Maintain Tech Talent" on March 28, 2023. Meet our first speakers: • Paula Bruneheim is the Head of Enterprise Sales at Proxify. Paula has been part of this Swedish scale-up since 2021. Proxify is a company based on the idea that Talent has no borders. What started as a Talent-as-a-Service company for the SMB segment has in the past years also developed into a partner for global enterprise companies such as Getinge, EA Sports and Electrolux. With clients such as BAM and Medline in the Netherlands, this market is a major focus for Proxify. Many companies today are struggling to find qualified and affordable developers locally, as a growing percentage of software developers nowadays expect to be able to work remotely. Proxify developed a network of top-of-the-line experts within tech and data from all over the world to try and solve this issue. In 2022 Proxify was among the top 10 fastest-growing companies in Sweden (nominated by DI Gasell). • Jan Sundelin is the CEO of TIE Kinetix as of 2008. TIE Kinetix focuses on the 100% digitalization of the supply chain, eliminating all paper between seller and buyers. Thanks to this, TIE Kinetix saved, with the FLOW SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, over 81 million pages and 10.000 trees last year. TIE Kinetix is a Dutch international company with offices in Europe, USA and Asia and are listed on EURONEXT in Amsterdam.
