The Swedish Chamber of Commerce is excited to launch its new series, The Diversity & Inclusion Breakfast, aimed to inspiring and empowering business leaders to create inclusive and diverse workplaces. In this series, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast together while we will hear from experts and company leaders who will share their experiences and insights on how to embed diversity and inclusion in your organization.
Our first D&I Breakfast is hosted by Herrik van der Gaag, Managing Director at Volvo Car Germany GmbH & Volvo Car Netherlands BV and Patricia van Hazendonk, People Experience & Competence and Management Team Member at Volvo Cars Netherlnads who will present the Volvo Cars Diversity & Inclusion strategy and the Volvo Family Bond Program.
We are pleased to welcome Wendy Broersen, CEO/Founder Superpeople Company, as our keynote speaker at this event.
Wendy Broersen is an international DEI expert on gender diversity and inclusion. She has been a serial entrepreneur for almost twenty years, won several awards and nominations, had her own TV show on RTL, is a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, author of ‘NOT for HR’ and international speaker. With her company Superpeople Company, she helps organizations at home and abroad to attract and retain more diversity and to ensure that they can develop optimally. As an ‘incorrigible positivo’, she likes to do things in an unconventional way with contagious enthusiasm, especially when she sees that things are not going well or fast enough. New technology such as AR & VR and gamification are welcome additions for her. Her focus on everything that is possible, touches and activates. Her mix of knowledge, scientific data, interesting examples and proven successful tips during her talks provide tools to get started right away.
