Elevate your international career at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands! The Swedish Chamber is proud to present two scholarships for ambitious candidates looking to join the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands from June 26, 2024, to June 19, 2025. The scholarships create opportunities for creative young talents to deepen their knowledge of international trade and business relations by working for a year at our dynamic office in Amsterdam. The Management Trainee position has consistently been a stepping stone for numerous successful alumni careers. Former trainees are currently working internationally in areas such as brand management, sustainability, and business development.
The following scholarship applications are now open:
- The School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg Scholarship. Application Deadline: January 15, 2024
- Gull & Stellan Ljungberg Foundation. Application Deadline: March 31, 2024

Welcome to a new year filled with exciting events coming up at the Swedish Chamber!
Kick off 2024 at the Young Professionals on January 16, hosted by the Swedish Chamber Patron member Heussen.
The Swedish Chamber, together with Chairman Johan Uhlin and H.E. Ambassador of Sweden Mr. Johannes Oljelund, is very pleased to invite Honorary Members, Members, and Guests to the annual , taking place at the Ambassador’s residency in the Hague on January 18. By invitation only.
The Swedish Chamber and Young Professional will start on March 7. The application for the Mentorship Program is currently open .

Thank you for the fantastic Annual Exclusive Lucia Dinner
On December 15, 2023, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce were proud to host its Exclusive Annual Lucia Dinner at Hotel Hilton in Amsterdam, in the presence of H.E. Ambassador of Sweden in the Netherlands, Mr Johannes Oljelund.
Guests enjoyed an exciting program featuring a four-course seasonal menu, live entertainment, and captivating music performances by the talented Swedish artist Anne-Lie Persson and the band Stockholm Tivoli. The night also included an exhilarating charity raffle and, of course, the magical Swedish Lucia procession by Svenska Högtidskören.
A highlight of the evening was the Swedish Chamber Business Awards Ceremony, where the following awards were handed out by the Jury:
