On March 28, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce hosted Tech Talent – New strategies to attract and maintain tech talent, which was the first event in the Tech Tables series this year.

In this very interesting and inspiring session, we gathered tech specialists from Sweden and the Netherlands to discuss which lessons the recent development in the tech sector can be learned, how companies must rethink to reskill and upskill their teams, and strategies to find the right people and to build stronger, more innovative and inspiring teams.

Yoss Perl

Yoss is the regional sales director at HR-software company HiBob. In this role, he is responsible for building and managing the European team out of Amsterdam. In addition, Yoss takes care of designing and implementing strategic growth plans for the Israeli software vendor and has many years of experience in fast growing HR-Tech companies.

Armanda Willems

Country Manager at Lime Technologies Netherlands #CRM. Armanda Willems work at Lime Technologies as a Country Manager since 2020 and have been working in the IT for over 10 years. Selling CRM is their core business, and it is what made them big in Scandinavia. Since 2020, they have expanded to the Netherlands and since 2021, Germany is also one of the countries that they are active in. Lime Technologies is a Swedish company with their HQ in Lund. After joining them, Armanda got introduced to the Swedish Chamber in the Netherlands and Lime became a member. Her focus is on setting foot to the ground in The Netherlands and to grow as a company, but also as becoming one of the biggest CRM suppliers in The Netherlands. With our Swedish influence and quality, she truly believes this is possible.

Jan Sundelin

CEO of TIE Kinetix as of 2008. TIE Kinetix focuses on the 100% digitalization of the supply chain, eliminating all paper between seller and buyers. Thanks to this, TIE Kinetix saved, with the FLOW SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, over 81 million pages and 10.000 trees last year. TIE Kinetix is a Dutch international company with offices in Europe, USA and Asia and are listed on EURONEXT in Amsterdam. Jan Sundelin is also a Board Member of Partinc Capital, which is a Swedish investment company with investments in the Nordics and Benelux, focusing on SaaS scale up companies.

Paula Bruneheim

Head of Enterprise Sales, Proxify. Paula has been part of this Swedish scale-up since 2021. Proxify is a company based on the idea that Talent has no borders. What started as a Talent-as-a-Service company for the SMB segment has in the past years also developed into a partner for global enterprise companies such as Getinge, EA Sports and Electrolux. With clients such as BAM and Medline in the Netherlands, this market is a major focus for Proxify. Many companies today are struggling to find qualified and affordable developers locally, as a growing percentage of software developers nowadays expect to be able to work remotely. Proxify developed a network of top-of-the-line experts within tech and data from all over the world to try and solve this issue. In 2022 Proxify was among the top 10 fastest-growing companies in Sweden (nominated by DI Gasell).

Andreea Moga

AI Tech & Ed Trendsetter, Technology Consultant, TechLabs Rotterdam & Growth Mentor Academy. Andreea Moga is a tech-minded professional with a drive for education of tech skills focused on tech leadership, Data & AI and Product Development. With a track record of 8+ years working in delivery teams of software engineering and Data & AI, Andreea has founded Growth Mentor Academy where as a (tech) mentor is hosting book clubs on both personal development and science & tech topics to groups of adult (tech) professionals who are seeking to grow, learn and keep the pace up with the technological advancements in today’s world. Andreea contributes as well to building a tech savvy society with an entrepreneurial mindset by leading the chapter of Techlabs Rotterdam where free tech education is being offered to highly motivated individuals eager to learn skills in Data Science, AI, UX and Web Development and build solutions to current societal challenges together with partners joining the mission of Techlabs.

Jeffrey Kenens

Partner Employment Law, TeekensKarstens advocaten notarissen. Jeffrey Kenens is a lawyer and partner at Teekens Karstens Advocaten Notarissen. He specializes in employment law. He advises and litigates in areas including, among other things, reorganization and dismissal, transfer of undertaking, (collective change of) conditions of employment, sickness and reintegration, temporary employment law and management agreements.

Fieke Weber

Lawyer at TeekensKarstens advocaten notarissen. Fieke Weber is a lawyer at Teekens Karstens Advocaten Notarissen. She specializes in employment law. She advises and litigates in areas including individual and collective dismissal law, reorganizations, transfers of undertakings, employee participation law and remuneration policies.

Lex Keukens

Attorney at law / Partner. Lex Keukens is a senior lawyer specialized in privacy and intellectual property law. He has an interest in all legal aspects of technologies. He is one of the founders of the law office TK Tech which is a part of Teekens Karstens Advocaten Notarissen.
