On March 28, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce hosted Tech Talent – New strategies to attract and maintain tech talent, which was the first event in the Tech Tables series this year.
In this very interesting and inspiring session, we gathered tech specialists from Sweden and the Netherlands to discuss which lessons the recent development in the tech sector can be learned, how companies must rethink to reskill and upskill their teams, and strategies to find the right people and to build stronger, more innovative and inspiring teams.
