Rina Joosten-Rabou is an entrepreneur, board member and publicist.Prior to co-founding Seedlink, she founded HR consultancy International Top Talent in both China and Europe. Rina held various management positions at DSM, a global science-based company, where she focused on the commercialization process of R&D and innovation. Rina Joosten-Rabou is a regular speaker and writer on technology, human capital and entrepreneurship. She delivered a speech on ‘How A.I. changes the way we find careers’ at Tedx ShanghaiWomen Rina has an MSc and MA degree from Groningen University in the Netherlands. She is married and has four children.
