Elisabet Vinberg Hearn is a leading voice on future leadership, personal impact, winning teams and culture change in organizations. She has worked with clients such as American Express, H&M, Skanska, City & Guilds, Greenpeace, IKEA, SOS Children’s Villages, ABN AMRO and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Elisabet has co-written two multi-award-winning books on the subject of winning teams: 'The Team Formula: A Leadership Tale of a Team who found their Way' and 'Leading Teams: 10 Challenges, 10 Solutions'. Her third book, Amazon bestselling ‘The Leader’s Guide to Impact’ was released by Financial Times Publishing in 2019.
